Every box is prepared to order. Preparation takes 2-6 working days (orders are processed in the order they arrive; premium, Y2K and designer selections can take a little longer). Courier delivery then takes 3-7 working days in Europe. Clearance boxes need no preparation: ordered on their own, they are dispatched within 72 hours. You receive the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Refund policy
Check your boxes on arrival and report any issue within 48 hours by email, with photos. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (return shipping at the customer's expense); we refund you or issue a store credit within 14 working days after receiving and checking the goods.
