Requests for returns are strictly allowed within 24 hours after signed delivery, and the return must be initiated within 14 days of the signed delivery date. Return shipments are at the expense of the buyer and must be scheduled for return within 14 days from the signed delivery date, or from the date we accept returns, whichever is later. Until we receive the returned goods, they remain the responsibility of the buyer.
We will check the exact number of items returned per piece and weigh the purchased goods by kilogram upon return, and a credit note will be issued once this verification is completed.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your return and refund to be processed once we receive the stock.
Any discrepancies in the weight, style, or quality of your stock must be resolved within 24 hours of signing for delivery, or they will be considered invalid.
Please ensure that you sign for the correct number of boxes on the driver's handheld device screen, as you are acknowledging receipt of the entire delivery. If you sign for 5 boxes and only 2 were delivered, you agree with the driver/delivery company that you received 5 and not 2. Any discrepancies are your responsibility once you sign, as you agree to take ownership of the goods from that date.
For lost parcels, the search times provided by the delivery company can extend from 1 month to 2 months. Until the shipping company notifies us in writing of the confirmation of lost goods, we are unable to issue refunds or resend the goods.
