Shipping policy

Preparation: 2-6 working days from payment. Every box is handpicked and packed to order, and orders are processed in chronological order. Premium, Y2K and designer selections can require a longer preparation time.

Courier delivery: 3-7 working days in Europe with DHL, FedEx, GLS or Albini & Pitigliani. The tracking number is sent by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Clearance boxes: no preparation time. When ordered on their own they are dispatched within 72 hours; when combined with other boxes, the whole order ships together once everything is prepared.

Shipping cost: calculated at checkout by weight and destination country. Free shipping in Europe for orders over €900 (excluded Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden, Cyprus, Malta). For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes are not included.
