Política de reembolso

Check your boxes on arrival. Please report any issue (weight, categories, quality, missing boxes) within 48 hours of delivery by email to info@italianvintagewholesale.com, with photos of the goods and of the parcel. Please also make sure you sign for the correct number of boxes on the courier's device: by signing you confirm you received the whole delivery.

Returns. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and the goods remain the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return instructions.

Refunds. When the return arrives we check the number of items and the weight of the goods. Within 14 working days of this check we refund you with the original payment method or, if you prefer, issue a store credit for your next order.

Lost parcels. If a parcel is lost, the courier's search can take from 1 to 2 months. As soon as the courier confirms the loss in writing we refund you or reship the goods, at your choice.

Please remember that our garments are second-hand: small signs of wear or the need for a wash are part of the product and are not a defect.
